Museum of Design in Plastics

Originally orthopedic shoes, Crocs have built in arch support, circulation nubs and heel cup support. Named after crocodiles because they share the same tough and strong qualities, they’re equally good on land and in water. Crocs are manufactured using the company’s proprietary closed-cell resin, Croslite™, a technology that gives each pair of shoes soft, comfortable, lightweight, and odour-resistant qualities.
